Jose, Amen to your sentiments. This list should be kind of a haven, with no member being challenged for asking a question. Not only do we as you say not know why the member needs to ask, but when someone gives you a starting point, you can often take it from there and do fabulously well after just a bit of help. Encouragement always means a great deal to me. I just put the library info as an extra resource. These librarians have access to databases sometimes and so on I do not have. Also, they can go to a print copy and read me stuff. The list is here to help each other out. If you don't feel like responding to a question, then there's this button called delete.
