What is available in terms of good accessible phones from AT&T. I want
to surf the web and do email in addition to contacts, battery strength,

Sprint has a couple of good choices, most notably, the LG Lotus, which
is accessible out of the box, talking Caller ID and battery strength,
accessible contacts, accessible call history and instant messaging,
voice dialing, quite impressive.

again I am on a budget but want to be able to use maybe the phone
