Kim, do you know if you're working with the Microsoft Exchange Server through the web? If that is the case, then it is indeed difficult, if not impossible, to get the various email functions working with the keyboard. I have resorted to using www.mail2web.com To log into my work email address to compose and read messages. -----Original Message----- From: real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kimberly Morrow, PhD. There appear to be some access-related issues with Jaws when trying to access Outlook WebMail. The two major challenges I am experiencing are: 1. When one utilizes strictly keyboard commands (as opposed to using the mouse), how does one get from Message 1 in the inbox view to the next message? and (2) I cant seem to locate the edit field into which to type the text of an email message. There are great links to to, CC subject and even send but no way appears to be present to locate the field into which to enter the text of the email message. Has anyone found a work-around for this?
