[real-eyes] NLS downloads

when i unzip to the cartridge and plug into machine i get "no book available."
what am i doing wrong?
also, my player says just over hour battery remaining but wont play
from battery and wont charge battery when plugged in. been at least 6
months since i've used the thing.
