[real-eyes] I'm having a horrible time installing freedom box

Okay, folks, I've just spent $762 on a product that is not
working. I tried, over the phone with the head of Cerotech, to install my
new Key to Freedom today. It kept sitting there, for 50 minutes, not
installing, and finally we checked the type of XP computer I have, and the
Cerotech rep told me that my computer was simply too old and too slow to
handle the installation of the key. Question: Why don't they install the key
themselves before the product is sent and, what is an alternative way I can
test this out to make sure it installs correctly? Obviously I don't want to
pay my credit card bill until I know this thing works. Now-I do have XP, but
do not have a 2.0 serial port; my port isn't that fast. Any suggestions on
how I can get this thing installed?

Kimberly
