[real-eyes] Firewall and AV

What security software have you all found that works well with either JAWS
or Window-Eyes. Asking especially about firewalls. Some of these aren't
exactly easy to use when it comes to enabling apps to access the network.
And no, the Windows firewall won't cut it, so I am refusing all connections
to that as a suggestion.
