Hi Kelly, Sorry, I'm not in the office today so I can't check for you. It's been way too long since I've used Eudora to remember many commands, and that particular option was not one I used except once or twice. I'll see if I can still find Eudora on a computer at work tomorrow and check it out for you. I think the only version I have is a very old version, but maybe it will give her an idea where to look. Later! I don't have Eudora myself, or would be looking around for the answer at the same time as asking. The column for the person's name may be too small or may not even be selected to show. Just a quick thought off the top of my head early on a Monday morning. <grin> Robert Lee Beach Assistive Technology Specialist Kansas City Kansas Community College 7250 State Avenue Kansas City, KS 66112 Phone: (913) 288-7671 Fax: (913) 288-7678 E-mail: rbeach@xxxxxxxxx >>> kstannfield@xxxxxxxxx 5/20/2006 11:19 AM >>> Here's a question from a former teacher of mine. Somehow only when she's in her inbox the names of people who sent her e-mail messages don't show up. She says it's coming up as question marks or nothing at all. However, if she moves the message to a different folder, such as deleting it, the name shows up once moved. Any ideas on how she can fix it? Thanks. Kelly
