Another thing to check is the size of the columns for her in-box. The column
for the person's name may be too small or may not even be selected to show.
Just a quick thought off the top of my head early on a Monday morning. <grin>

Here's a question from a former teacher of mine. Somehow only when she's in
her inbox the names of people who sent her e-mail messages don't show up. She
says it's coming up as question marks or nothing at all. However, if she moves
the message to a different folder, such as deleting it, the name shows up once
moved.
Any ideas on how she can fix it?
