Remember………Saturday, 10/29……from 9-11 is a regularly scheduled RC3R meeting.
I am accepting agenda items until 10 AM on Friday the 28th.
The major business of this meeting will be centered around our upcoming winter
schedule.

WARNING……..WE ARE LOW ON DISPOSABLE COFFEE CUPS WITH LIDS AND THERE ARE NONE TO
BE HAD. BRING YOUR OWN TO ASSURE THAT YOU CAN GET COFFEE.
We had a great work session this AM lasting from 8:30 through about 12:30.
We set up the 12x15. Moved and set up the Halloween Layout. Displayed the
raffle layout…….and, this afternoon, I finished the set up of the 21x43 layout.
Ben……are you doing pre-meeting breakfast at Panera’s at 8AM?
I’ll have the store open by 0830.
