This Weds, the 12th, we are building the raffle layout in my garage…..we’ll
start around 0800.
Lunch will be provided…….BarBQ or Hebrew National hot dogs
Can’t make it for the morning, DON’T FRET!!!!! When we are done with lunch we
will go over to the storefront and finished taking down, packing and loading
the 12x15 for Midlothian Days. This still has to be done………the buildings are
off (done last Weds) and the curtains and plexiglass are packed (done by me,
yesterday). All that needs to be done is to break up the layout platform, put
it on the cart, collect the legs, and roll it on to the trailer
I need to know who is coming…….if you haven’t already told me, please send me a
separate email…….I want to make sure that I have enough food.

Saturday the 29th of this month is the annual Westchester Commons Halloween
Festival
We will have a regular RC3R meeting the morning of the 29th starting 9AM with
an Open House 11-3 afterwards.
Sometime on the week Post York (the 24-28th), we’ll need to meet to assemble
the 12x15 and put my two modules back into the 21x43
More details later but please put an open house and meeting on your
calendar…..it will be a way to prep for the upcoming shows: VTC, SMV and the
GBGH.

Christmas is coming and everyone (me included) has special Christmas trains
they like to run……..let’s get them out for road testing before our holiday
shows…….nothing is more frustrating than bringing out your seasonal consist,
only to discover that something is wrong with it! I am always open to meet
people at the store for engine/train testing
