Code 127 stands for "file not found", which is very strange in this context. Is

The right directory is "deviceconfig". "switchvlans" is a legacy helper I 
cannot get rid of.

This is right, once the switch requires no username and no password to get to 
the point, where the user needs to go to enable mode.

It is advised to fill in the FQDN attribute and use it in the 
switch-secrets.php in the first column of password line. Also, the "HW type" 
attribute must be set correctly for this code to work.
