[racktables-users] Can not login admin, first time install / user

Went through install process and could not log in. Changed admin password
to "password", still can't log in. Tried different browsers.
Dreamhost, PHP 5.2.17, MySQL 5.1.53, Racktables tables are InnoDB,
utf8_general_ci
