[racktables-users] contribs repository moved to GitHub

Hello, folks!
As some of you may know, we have a repository for third-party
contributions to RackTables.
Up to this day it was a part of project's main SVN repository on
SourceForge.net
Now it has been moved to GitHub:
https://github.com/RackTables/racktables-contribs
We hope you'll will find it convenient to make pull requests there.
Also, now we have the ability to provide commit bit into the contribs
repo to people not (yet) belonging to RackTables team.
