Thanks so much for the zoom call on Monday. I didn't realise how much I
needed it, I'd forgotten a lot of things since the March workshop.
Like Karin I'm happy to go with the majority although I think maybe
choosing might be helpful if anyone is looking to avoid triggering content.
Even though you mention that we could privately let you know a list of our
own triggers, I think that would put too much onus on yourself and as you
said, we all have day jobs. So currently, my preference would be choosing.
I've read the constitution, and it reads fine to me. I've never worked on
writing an accountability process but let me know if I can help with that?

Lastly, I mentioned this to some of you already but we are applying for
some funding for public events and also to help us catalogue. One of the
requirements for a lot of funding opportunities is having something called
a constitution which is a formal document outlining the aims of our group
and how we organise ourselves. I've attached a draft copy of the
constitution here and would appreciate if you could let me know if this is
ok or if there's anything we need to add. Once we've got a majority
approval from everyone then we can go ahead and make this our official
document.
