start on scanning in zines ready for anyone who feels like they want to

On page 2 of the manual you'll find log in details and links to the
library catalogue, let us know if you have any problems though.

You shouldn't need to log on to view these files but if there are any
weird permission settings for this folder then the user id is
queerzinelibrary@xxxxxxxxx and the password is Ilovezines123.
In this folder I've also created an excel doc letting you know which
barcode to use when you're cataloguing. Some of the zines in the folder
also include a handy donations form as part of the pdf which should make
your lives a little bit easier.
Feedback suggests that everyone is happy to select their own zines to
catalogue for now? If this works for you all then can you add your name to
the excel sheet so that we can all see which zines have been claimed or are
in process of being catalogued and which zines are free for others to
catalogue.
I hope that all makes sense and I'll keep adding scanned zines to this
folder as a regular task from now on. If there's an easier way of doing
things then let us know as I'm worried I've made too many folders and too
many documents and don't want this to be confusing for anyone!
I'm going to hold another cataloguing training session in the next 2 weeks
for anyone who couldn't attend the last one, but also if anyone wants to
have a refresher to build up confidence then feel free to attend, I'll send
some details round in a separate email about cataloguing training and also
about creating an accountability doc.
