Thank you for the links about the direct drive hub. I contacted Kervelo some
time ago, but they were selling the plant/design or something, I couldn't get
much meaningful info from them. Please keep me posted if you find out more about
these Korean guys or any other direct drive hub.
I found one more manufacturer:
https://www.mc2bike.com/store/p11/MC%C2%B2_DRIVING_WHEELSET.htmlThey told me
that they would make a production batch some time this year and then I could
buy a gear hub. It is just a 2-speed hub, but still better than 1-speed :).
Will post all the details here.

this is a great design. Thank you for sharing. I have been looking in to such
designs for a while and am quite interested in your preferred pivot angle and
riding experience. One disadvantage is currently the lack of gears. However I
found two possible suppliers.https://www.kervelo.com/ They offered a direct
drive bike with 12 gears. The hub cost around 1.000€ which is too much for me.
It is based on pinion gears. http://bygen.co.kr/ Will be able to offer a hub
with 6 gears. They told me I could contact them in July 2020 for more details.
If you are interested I can keep you updated for more details once they are
available.Keep me posted.

Subject: [python] new python being made
Hi All,This is the new Python I am building. It will have a direct drive on the
front wheel like a penny farthing.
The interesting part for me is the adjustable pivot to find the best pivot
angle for this beast. Will see how it works out, hopefully soon.
Hope to give you ideas!Cheers,Tiha
