I might try D-76. Perhaps either one at 1+1 with water. If I wanted grainy results, I suppose I would try a developer like Rodinal. And a grainy film like 2475 (if they still make it). I cannot imagine using TMX with Rodinal any more than I would try to get fine grain out of 2475 with Microdol X. -- .~.
