I give the formula for this stock solution from Anchell's book below. (Formula #190 in the 2nd edition): Water (125 degrees F) 750 ml Sodium Sulfite 200 grams Sodium bisulfite 50 grams Water to make 1 liter So by diluting this 1:9, one would end up with the 2% solution mentioned in Richard's post.
