   I figured out what was wrong.  I went  to my neighbor's to photograph him, 
shooting off whatever remained of my IR film  so I could unload it and see 
what happened.  I just came home and went into  my darkroom to unload it in the 
dark, and uh... this IR really is a disappearing  film!  There's none in my 
camera!   haahahahahahaa  


Frustrating, isn't it? Happens to us all.
