I printed my grandfather's negatives from the thirties, and it was amazing.


I found out stuff I would not have learned any other way about my family.

Reminds me of when I was young and worked in a tiny camera shop. A customer was rummaging around their house and found boxes of 5x7 glass plate negatives. They brought them into the shop and asked for prints. Now THAT was fun to print.
