I'm trying to clean the inside of plastic bottles, so, I can try TC-3,
if I can get the chemicals listed.

If the bottles have crystalized hypo try ammonia or even just plain hot water. The old TC-1, a bichromate and sulfuric acid cleaner used to be the standard for laboratory glassware and trays. Like a lot of other useful solutions its not available anymore due to environmental considerations. However, bichromate is used in a number of alternative photographic processes so is obtainable and sulfuric acid is, I think, a staple at swimming pool supply stores.
