Hi.
I fot my own pocket a few weeks ago and one for my wife today, they come
within the UK, and it says this on the RNIB web site, a 2 gb memory card.
The card that came with mine was completely blank, however the one that came
with my wifes had a few books on!

Regarding the manual issue, I guess that the audio manual that you have is
probably the original one which was written before the information about the
firmware upgrade was available. If you have this plus the new features
information in the on-board help does that not give you everything you need?
In terms of the memory pen being absent, I guess that you'd need to take
this up with RNIB - it could be a simple oversight or mistake. I'm pretty
sure that I got one with my Pocket - I think it was tucked in under the main
packaging.

Hi Jamie and Everyone
The manual that comes on the disc with the Plextalk Pocket in the UK
contains details of all the new features. It can also be downloaded from
the Plextalk website.
However, the audio manual the RNIB sent out with my Plextalk did not mention
internet radio or downloading podcasts or any of the features in the new
firmware.
It also said that the box would contain a memory pen with DAISY books on it,
but it did not as the updated manual does not mention this.
