[pskmail] SSID bug in aprs email

Per SM0RWO just found a bug in the aprs email routine...
When you use an SSID (e.g. PA0R-1) the server does accept the email but does
not send it,
even if the server has a record for that ssid.
When you send the same aprs email with a call without an ssid (PA0R) it is sent
properly.
This is important for those stations who take part in the SET tomorrow morning!
I will try to find the bug..
