Thanks Per for that info. Just yesterday I dumped Ubuntu on my server computer and at Rein's suggestion I changed over to Lubuntu. The laptop that I use for the server is an older model and not the fastest PC. I noticed that after changing to Lubuntu it flies! So far it is working flawlessly and I am able to leave local mail on other servers.
