Hi , yes I do have all required libraries , but still no data output to the jPSKmail. I suspect one problem is the fact that GPS is in /dev/ACM0, for some reason, jPSKmail does not see this and does not give this as an port option. Please look at the attached screen shot. I do have communication with gps using command gpsmon /dev/ttyACM0, all data are there, but no gps data to jPSKmail. The only available ports in jPSKmail is ttyUSB0 and ttyS0. ttyUSB0 is my connection to ICOM 7200 for audio and control, ttyS0, I am not sure, but I tried to use it with no luck. Hmm, interesting Thanks like always Robert KB2PNM ________________________________ From: Pär Crusefalk <per@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: pskmail@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, November 11, 2011 4:35 AM Subject: [pskmail] Re: GPS and PSKmail Hi Robert, If you launch minicom and open that port then does it give you nmea data? Did you install the rxtxlibs (sudo apt-get install librxtx-java)? 73 de Per tor 2011-11-10 klockan 19:49 -0800 skrev Robert Krasowski: > HI, > > after busy week at work I got some time and was able to get jPSKmail > client working correctly, downloading email is fine, still if it goes > in compress format I have to download twice to get it, but for now I > am happy. > > I was trying to connect GPS to jPSKmail, I am using Q1000XT - that is > connected into USB port.
