Actually, that question can be removed entirely from the RH because it is
redundant with the footnote being pasted into the PA edition of the book itself.
The "answer" has already been removed, and the question was supposed to have
been removed as well, but obviously I neglected to do so. Whoops! >_<

I have no idea how to make a wiki work offline (perhaps its very straightforward
for those who know?), so if you want to make an offline version and/or a PDF
version of the RH, please go ahead and do so, David! ^_^
Bear in mind that things still need to be added to the online wiki (the Freeway
Warrior and New Order rules), so you will need to revise it at some point in the
future. ;-)
