Problem sections that I see based purely on visual inspection:

185 (instead of 126).
* 297 (skips ahead, orphan?)
Is orphaned. Duplicate of 135. 113 and 344 both link to 135. We could change
one of the links to point to 297.
* 135 (skips ahead?)
From a brief look skipping ahead makes sense (you can either investigate
something which turns into a series of fights or you can skip the
investigation).
* 94 (orphan?)
Is reachable. See below.
* 13 (cycles with 325?)
Cycle is intended. Text reads "If you choose to visit or revisit [...], turn
to 325".
* 98 (orphan?)
Is orphaned. Makes sense as target of 149 and 213 (see below).
* 12 (orphan?)
Solution of puzzle.
* 180 (cycles with 149 and 213?)
The link 149 -> 180 is probably wrong. In 180 a "Pau Ping" talks to you as if
you would have asked him something in 149, but there's no "Pau Ping" in 149.
The same is true for 213 (which is a duplicate of 149).
The link 105 -> 180 is the only correct link to 180.
* 71 (cycles with 245?)
Cycle is intended. Text reads "If you choose to visit or revisit [...], turn
to 245".
* 129 (orphan?)
Is reachable. See below.
* 207 (cycles back to 227?)
* 174 (cycles back to 227?)
* 28 (cycles back to 227?)
* 304 (cycles back to 227?)
All four sections are identical. I haven't checked the cycle.
If anyone has some time to help verify that this matches the published
book (or not) and suggest how to straighten things out, that would be a
huge help.
I have reviewed all links in the XML and compared them with the published
book. I found a few missing links (because the published text reads "turn 666"
or, in one instance, even only "666" instead of "turn to 666") and a wrong
link (50 -> 54). I have fixed those in the XML and pushed my fixes.
The following link texts should be fixed:
2: "Turn 181" -> "Turn to 181" (errata)
39: "turn 94" -> "turn to 94" (errata)
191: "turn 94" -> "turn to 94" (errata)
215: "turn 94" -> "turn to 94" (errata)
290: "129" -> "turn to 129" (errata)
309: "turn 338" -> "turn to 338" (errata)
315: "Turn 264" -> "Turn to 264" (errata)
345: "turn 94" -> "turn to 94" (errata)
This makes 94 and 129 reachable.
