I don't' but if I was going to make something like this it would be an easy
thing to buy one of the
APH talking signs for like $35 and take it apart and incase it with a solar
power source that you can find many types of. That would be the easiest way
to make something like this.

I'm looking for an embedded device that has a speech module with it that I
can program for a talking sign at an outdoor park. Anybody have any
experience with low powered solar embedded systems for this purpose?
