Re: css and the keyboard

What should Control+Insert+Enter do?
If I turned the keyboard help on with Insert+1 and I press that hotkey, Jaws 
tells me that Insert+Control+Enter is used for jumping to the next heading on 
the page.

I use Jaws 6.
