From the experience I have with it, it's relatively accessible.  The only pain 
in the neck you'll run into is that it has issues keeping you in the correct 
level of the tree view, and whenever you open a node, you can close it, but you 
have to log out of it and back in to see the node above it.  Don't ask me why 
that is.  It's a royal pain,but, it's workable.  Maybe a few of us at once 
should report it considering it's been ignored for the past few years now.
