Context Menus

Hi.
still getting that problem, when i am in properties, in the drop down area,
and try to arrow down, still says okay, cancel, details, and get the same
result if i go to browse, and then select the context menu, still get the
same error.
so how do i fix that, or do i need to download some thing else, to fix that
problem.
