Can visual studio shortcuts like these be made?

I'd like to know if and how to make two shortcuts to use inside of visual
studio. One would open up a new console application project, and the other
would be used to open up a new windows standard project. It is not difficult
to do the steps to open up a windows standard project but how to open up a new
console application project so far I've not yet been able to understand or do.
