Apologies.
I should have said that when no other windows are open it happens.
Not sure how it was set up or how to modify it as yet.  My machine came with
Macafee installed and after installing JFW 15 I found that Jaws and FSO
Reader appeared in a small menu.  Cursoring up and down and pressing space
on the given item opens it up though thinking about it it maybe the enter
key.
The list appears with the item and then tells me it has a checked check box
or radio button, again I cannot recall which.
I am sure that there must be a way of modifying this list as one of the
Windows people added a .txt file with a web address for accessibility
solutions in it.
