[program-l] fib 2003 platform sdk

Hi:
As I am still using visual studio 6.0 I believe the februrary 2003 sdk is the
last one that is useable with that product. To obtain it do I have to go
through the american forfillment site or it is possible to obtain it though
microsoft in the u.k?
