[program-l] Re: fib 2003 platform sdk

Hi will:
When looking at the website:
http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/sdkupdate/psdk-full.htm
it appears that the only sdk available is the windows server 2003 (April 2005)
there does not appear to be any reference to the feb 2003 edition, I can see
that this is obtainable for the us, it is available in the uk at all,l i.e from
microsoft?
