Hey, Cuong, it's all good. I remember I once met a person named Saima
& I wasn't sure what her gender was either. It's hard when the names
aren't familiar. & in America, Jackie can be either gender, ie, Jackie
Kennedy, well-known former first lady, or Jackie Robinson, famous
baseball player, further adding to the confusion.
1 thing u may wish to do is go to wordpress.org/themes & search for
accessibility or a11y. All core themes, ie, those that begin w/the
word "twenty", are accessibility-ready w/WCAG 2.0 AA compliance. Or u
can search from your dashboard. If u do go to wordpress.org/themes, I
believe it's the 2nd search box which is actually used to search for a
theme, whereas the first searches the entire site.

For the theme, The theme I currently use named simple grey.
For the menu, I understand how to create, and add thing to that, but the
theme I'm using sound not option to make theh menu always show. It just a
button, and user must press enter to make it shows up. I think of changing

was the parent page, & then I created a new page called "child of
parent". I used the dropdown list & made "parent" the parent page.

This is a bit of a complex subject, ie., there are quite a few
interactions taking place. By default, WordPress puts every page you
create in the menu. You can override what WP does by creating your own
menu under 'Appearance' > 'Menus". Having said that, much is dependant
on the particular theme you're using. Some themes support a horizontal
menu, others both a horizontal & vertical menu. So you'll need to
determine what your theme permits.
