I would suggest upgrading to the command-line version of SVN, so that you wont have to deal with that sort of problem later on. Command-line diff tools usually mark additions with + or >, and deletions with - or <.



You can normally check the color of the current line with insert+5, but of course it will be annoying if you have to do it manually at each line ! I had tortoise at a time, but I decided to switch to command-line when I had to do that sort of thing...
