I’m using ubuntu 18.0 with gnome desktop environment. I have never used ubuntu
mate before.
If ubuntu mate comes with gnome desktop environment,
Then do the following to go to setting:
1. Press alt+f1 to open the app launcher
2. Press right arrow until you hear “system menu”
3. Arrow down until you hear your user account name
4. It would be collapse, so press spacebar to expand it there you should find
setting
I use laptop keyboard layout with ORCA.
So, to read the output in terminal, do the following:
When you’re in terminal
1. Use caps+U to read next paragraph and caps+O for previous
2. Use caps+J and caps+L to read word by word
