Hi there, 

The biggest problem that people tend to run into is formating the rules file 
correctly. 

REQ >> email >> 1 
Message 
### 
EMAIL 1 >> email >> 1 
Message 
### 

REQ >> number >> 1 
Message 
### 
NUMERIC >> number >> 1 
Message 
### 

These should work - please note that when there are additional arguments they 
are separated by spaces and not by tabs. EG the EMAIL 1 >> email has a space 
between EMAIL and 1. 

Check the formatting of the rules file carefully with the documentation and se 
how you get on, if you run into more problems, just post again and we'll try 
to sort it out.
