Hmm.. Let me ask this, how would you recombine the ruleset? Its currently 
setup to do 3 different checks on the same field, but can this be combined 
into a single RULE: section is my question. Or can I specify multiple 
CRIT:/ARGS:/COND: under the same RULE: section. By section in my definition, I 
mean before the rule '###' termination string.
