No there's not any kind of generator or test equipment around
it.  Nothing around the PC has been moved prior to this
happening.  I'll try moving some of the wires more out of the
way.

generator for instance. The 10 bars with a space is how they
generate
color bar patterns and it could be running when it not supposed

running and not too well shielded so you see these bars or
vertical pattern.

Oh boy a picture is worth a thousand words. I had a completely
different
vision of what these bars look like.

That looks like a clock that is unsynchronized to me. I would
try some
shielding around various objects you might expect only to
change the
pattern. Might lead you to a better idea.
