Hi, I am slowly trying to go back to working on my website, I am
for sure a
newbie with this. I have not touched it since last summer.
Anyhow, I have
a personal webspace with my isp. It is limited but I am just
experimenting
for now. Can someone tell me how I go about changing my
wallpaper. I have

Do you mean a background image for your index page? Wallpaper
is on windows and not in html code.
