You already got a good many answers, but I just want to add that if you can 
swing it a full and complete format and reinstall with a Windows CD will give 
you the best results in terms of a "fresh start." Of course, that's not always 
possible, since these companies don't all think that spending a grand is worthy 
enough to get you a dedicated Windows install disk.
