It looks and sounds like your server information has been changed. A quick 
call to your ISP for the correct server name to put will solve that. There 
should be a smtp in the server name...usually
Just call your ISP and have them help you reset it.

This is a test to see if I can send mail with my g-mail address.  I cannot 
send with my regular address.  I am getting the following error message:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.phillipsburg.net', 
Server: 'mail.phillipsburg.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, 
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
And also this one:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.phillipsburg.net', 
Server: 'pop.phillipsburg.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, 
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
