Give me an email address to send it...I also have screen shots off the vista

Hi Patricia,
    On your laptop, go into your email program and look for Accounts (In OE, 
it's available under the Tools menu item).  If you have more than one 
account set up, you'll see the word 'default' next to the one that is set as 
the default account.  Double click on it to open it up and double check that 
everything is filled in properly.  If you're not sure what to look for, you 
should be able to use the Export feature to save the entire set of settings 
to a file on your desktop that you can then send to me (or someone else) for 
review.
