have you tried any other AV program any of the free ones--just to see if it
would install.
AND have you cleaned out everything possible?? and turned off anything that
doesn't need to be operating during install--firewall or extra programs in the
sys tray.. go into task manager and see what is working that maybe doesn't need
to be?? or is there a chance you system is full?..too many programs?
any or all could affect the system

I can't even install the trial it says can't install to windows system
folder when I click on the install button
make sense?
I can't even get past the installation stuff
I don't have any antivirus programs installed either.
