Gma, I use version 6.5737 of zone alarm, the free version. Should I update
to a newer free version of zone alarm and then find the windows update
somewhere and try it again?

thanks,

Christine

Bob,
If you haven't done so already, go to the following link and download
the latest version of your ZA program. It fixes the issue that Update
951748 causes. I have already tested it in my sandbox with the full
ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite and it works perfectly. You should then
allow the update to install to protect you from the rather serious DNS issue
it was originally meant to solve. :O)

Peace,
Gman
