How do you turn off the anti-virus and the firewall?
Somewhere, I have the directions for the firewall, but not the anti-virus!

I have not downloaded it in Cincinnati, but did on the computer in AZ
and it went fine there. Had to turn off AV so Norton's would still
run. Also had to turn off the firewall so Outpost Pro would run. No
problems so far with it.
