I'll be curious - if I will be able to get rid of zone alarm and use just the
windows firewall. So let us know how things work please!!
I have the notice that I am to download it.
I don't have enough room on my system for it yet though.
even if I wanted to install it right now!

Well... I just installed it awhile ago, and I gotta tell you, no problems so
far. The obvious main new feature is the Windows Security Alerts icon that sits
in the tray by the clock, constantly monitoring your system. It tells you if
your firewall is working (whether the Windows one or ZA or any other), whether
the antivirus app is working (it knows what AV you have installed) and whether
your automatic updates are enabled or disabled. Further, the Windows firewall is
now a much better solution than prior versions, and functions much like ZA,
asking if you want to allow access or not.
Anyhow... its still in testing phase on my system.
