Hi G. Just ran scan disk and it did not find any errors and it did not fix
the corrupt address. I was able to capture the details of the error when I
tried to open that address but I don't think that is important enough to
bother you with. I simply re-entered the address as a new one and it is
usable. I will avoid trying to open the other one as it always shuts down
my application.
Now, when I ran scan disk, I was not asked for my XP disk this time.
Remember when you helped me make an XP setup disk with SP3 slipstreamed into
it? I was all prepared for it to ask for that disk and I was ready for it.
Does my computer just remember that I have it since I used it once?
I am now going to MB and run a scan to see if I can replicate the error. I
am hoping not as that was kind of scary. I had visions of no computer for a
week or so!
Will be back with the results sooner or later.
Sandi
